Once the customer decides in favour of one of IRIS’ solutions, it’s time to implement it. We help the customer to:

Finding the right solution for your needs

Based on its experience with hundreds of implementations IRIS favors where possible fixed price implementation projects. This efficient approach requires a pre-implementation study known as “proof of concept – POC”. The goal of this study is:

  • to understand the present and future expectations and priorities of the customer
  • to assess the quality of the existing data
  • to show how the IRIS solution can fulfill the expectations and priorities
  • to define roles, responsibilities and delivery deadlines of all contributors to the project

The collected information will constitute the basic offer proposed by IRIS, consisting of a project plan, organization and costs involved.

IRIS Service Offering

To make the most out of your IRIS analysis solution you have to understand, use and control the tool.

IRIS offers a variety of standard training courses and workshops but the know-how transfer process may also be tailored to the needs of the customer and its different user profiles.

Technical Implementation

At the data level, IRIS maps the needed contract and customer data for the envisaged analysis methods and sets it up for the required production processes.

The data unification work procedure is done generally by IRIS consultants in close cooperation with the customer and possibly with a qualified certified IRIS partner. Over the years IRIS and its partners have become particularly efficient at this task having successfully mapped hundreds of different systems.

Functional Integration

Here we mean the alignment of the analysis and report scheduling, and production processes (analysis structures, scenarios, strategies, results) with the wanted risk/reward culture and the operational and strategic decision making process. This can be done by IRIS or/and financial consulting firms.

Modeling Support

Building up models is one of the core functionalities of the IRIS solutions. It is the needed step in order to customize the solution to the customer’s needs. Our pragmatic approach allows setting up such models in very short periods of time and they can be refined later on.

The steep learning curve of many users proves the point. Most users start building models right after the first training course, inter alia in the frame of a POC study.

Despite the intuitiveness and the ease of use, it is advisable to tap on the experience of IRIS for the first models. The models will be simpler, more efficient and more to the point. A high success rate at an earlier stage (opposed to the possible frustration because some parameters have not been understood or forgotten) is motivating and strengthens the relation between customers and IRIS consultants.

Testing

IRIS can assist the customer in all necessary tests required for the internal and external acceptance of the IRIS solution. Usually the execution of the test is done by the customer and / or the internal audit.

Documentation

IRIS can assist the customer to set up all the required internal and external documentation in various languages.
