We organize the schedule of analysis, reports and productions processes (analysis structures, scenarios, strategies, results) contemplating the required risk/reward culture, the operational and strategic decision making processes and the regulatory requirements.

Modeling Support

The modeling capabilities of the IRIS solutions are extremely broad, giving practically no limit to the customization. Despite the intuitiveness and the ease of use, it is advisable to tap on the experience of IRIS for the first models. The models will be simpler, more efficient and more to the point. A high success rate at an early stage (opposed to the possible frustration because some parameters have not been understood or were forgotten) is motivating and strengthens the working relationship between customers and consultants. Once in the production phase, it is recommended that IRIS consultants review the models regularly, in order to increase further the quality of the analysis.

Testing support

IRIS can assist the customer in all necessary tests required for the internal and external acceptance of the IRIS solutions. Usually the execution of the test is done by the customer and / or the internal audit.

Process Documentation

IRIS can assist the customer with the set up of the required internal and external documentation in various languages for operational, business, regulatory and compliance purposes. We foster the constant exchange of user experiences and align user expectations to establish which the best analysis practices are. This input enriches the wealth of practical experiences, calibrations, templates and documentation developed over the years by IRIS for its customers and by the IRIS Academy.
