We help customers to avoid intermediaries and waste time. Though separated, IRIS’ Research and Development experts and Professional Services work closely together. The experience acquired by the IRIS consultants during their work on site is conveyed to R&D to help improving and optimizing the IRIS solutions. In the same way the IRIS consultants have direct access to the business engineers and IT experts, making troubleshooting by installations on site or the realization of specific wishes from the customer’s side arising during a specific project not impossible.
The preferred cooperation model we establish with our customers is the fixed price project. Needs, goals and scope of the project are defined jointly. The customer decides how deeply involved in the project he wants to be. If few resources and little time to track the implementation of a project are available, we will take care of the project completely, but if the customer prefers it, he can be more implicated in the development of the project. According to the customers’ needs, specific teams with the required skills will work in a collaborative manner at the premises or off site in the most cost-effective way. All professional services are offered to the customer directly by IRIS or in cooperation with IRIS Business and Project Partners. For larger IRIS solution installations, IRIS recommends the set up of on-site support and consulting teams.
